[Adopted 7-9-1984 by L.L. No. 2-1984]
No person shall park a vehicle in a Town park
except in a location designated for parking.
[Amended 12-8-2003 by L.L. No. 2-2003]
A violation of this article shall be punishable as provided in Article V, Enforcement, of this chapter and the vehicle may be towed. In the event the vehicle is towed, the owner shall pay the towing expense plus $20.
As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Includes every device by which any person or party is or
may be transported or drawn upon a highway, except devices moved exclusively
by human power.
