All public servants of the Village of Elmira Heights, New York, who,
by virtue of their office, title or position, are authorized or required to
enforce any statute, local law, ordinance, rule or regulation relating to
licensing of occupations or businesses, fire prevention and safety, health
and sanitation and building, zoning and planning are authorized to issue an
appearance ticket, as defined in § 150.10 of the Criminal Procedure
Law of the State of New York, directing a designated person to appear before
the Justice Court of the Village of Elmira Heights, New York, for any enforcement
duties and responsibilities of their office, title or position.
