The Mayor or his representative shall sign checks as well as the Clerk
or Deputy Clerk.
[Adopted 9-7-1989]
The Village of Elmira Heights will hereafter impose a charge per bad
check as set by resolution of the Board of Trustees from time to time[1] received to any account owing to the village where a tendered
payment of such account was by check or other written order which is returned
for insufficient funds.
