No person without special permission of the Board of Trustees shall under any circumstances remain, congregate or wander about in village parks and playgrounds between 10:00 p.m. prevailing time and one-half (1/2) hour before sunrise.[1]

All persons using or in attendance upon any park or playground, including skating rinks, shall be subject to and comply with any reasonable order of an attendant in charge thereof or a police officer.
No person shall make any ascent in any balloon or airplane from any park or playground nor land therein from any such balloon or airplane without the permission of the Board of Trustees.
No person shall throw stones or missiles or drive golf balls in any park without the consent of the Board of Trustees.

No person shall climb any tree, break any flowers, break, cut down, trample upon, remove or in any manner injure or deface, write upon, defile or ill-use any tree, shrub, flower, flowerbed, turf, ornament, statue, monument, building, fence, bridge, structure or any other property within any park or playground.
No person shall deposit, dump, throw or place any earth, rubbish, dust, manure, paper, garbage or other refuse matter or any sand, lumber or building material or any substance of any kind in or upon any park or playground.
No motor vehicle shall be operated upon the grounds of any park or playgrounds except upon a designated area.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty.
