[Adopted 3-5-1987]
Pursuant to § 923 of the New York
State Real Property Tax Law, Chapter 758 of the Laws of 1986, the
Village of Elmira Heights hereby establishes April 1 of each year
as a date which is no earlier than 60 days prior to the levy of taxes
as the final date by which local eligible taxpayers requesting an
adult third party to begin receiving duplicate copies of the tax bill
and notice of unpaid taxes.

The Town Assessor is hereby authorized to amend
the current tax bills of the Village to add such notice thereon.
