The Village of Elmira Heights shall impose the
following fine schedule for parking violations:

If violations are not paid within 14 days of
the issuance of the ticket, the fine shall double the original amount.
If violations are not paid within 30 days of the issuance of the ticket,
the fine shall triple the original amount. Failure to pay a parking
violation fine within 30 days of issuance shall result in a warrant
and/or a subpoena being issued compelling the violator into court.
The Chief of Police of the Village of Elmira
Heights is hereby authorized to cause parking tickets reflective of
the above schedule to be created for use in the Village of Elmira
Heights.
