of Fishkill is hereby divided into the following classes of districts:

B. The Village
hereby adopts the "Schedule of Uses for Nonresidential Districts"
attached hereto as Schedule C, and "Schedule of Uses for Residential
Districts" attached hereto as Schedule D, as part of this section.
Said Schedules of Uses, with all the explanatory matter thereon, are
hereby made a part of this chapter.

C. The Village
hereby adopts the "Schedule of Nonresidential Dimensional Regulations",
attached hereto as Schedule E, and "Schedule of Residential Dimensional
Regulations" attached hereto as Schedule F as part of this section.
Said Schedules of Regulations, with all explanatory matter thereon,
are hereby made a part of this chapter.

Said districts are bounded and defined as shown on the map entitled
"Village of Fishkill Zoning District Map with Historic Preservation
Overlay Zone," which map, with all explanatory matter thereon, is
hereby made a part of this chapter. The parcels set forth below are moved from the previously
designated districts to the newly created districts. The listed parcels
are hereby re-zoned to the class of zoning district hereinafter designated.
