A. 
The stopping, standing or parking of vehicles in the public entranceways and exits of all shopping centers, apartment houses and public buildings in the Village is prohibited.
B. 
Signs advising of this regulation shall be posted at all public entranceways and exits of all shopping centers, apartment houses and public buildings in the Village.
C. 
The necessary expense for said signs and the posting of the same shall be the responsibility and obligation of the owner or owners of said areas.
A. 
The parking of any motor vehicle on any highway within the Village in excess of 24 hours is prohibited, Sundays and holidays excluded.
B. 
Signs advising of this regulation shall be posted at all entranceways to the Village of Harrison.
A. 
Where marked parking spaces have been provided upon any highway, no vehicle shall be parked other than within such parking space.
B. 
No oversized vehicle shall be parked upon any residential highway.
C. 
No vehicle shall be parked within 15 feet of any intersection on all highways within the Village, exclusive of state highways, unless a different distance is indicated by official signs, markings or parking meters.
D. 
Vehicles with attached snowplows shall be restricted from parking on Town roadways between April 1 and November 1.
E. 
No commercial vehicle shall be parked on any street or in any municipal lot in the Village of Harrison between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
A. 
No parking or abandoning of any vehicle shall be allowed or permitted on any highway within the Village during a snowstorm, flood, fire or other public emergency which affects that portion of the highway upon which said vehicle is parked or abandoned.
B. 
The highways set forth in § 38-57 are hereby designated as emergency routes. No parking or abandoning of any vehicle shall be allowed or permitted on any such highway during any period during which an emergency has been declared to be in effect in the Village of Harrison by any federal, state, county or town or Village official so empowered to make such declaration of emergency.
C. 
Said vehicle may be removed by the Police Department or Highway Department. After such removal, the Police Department or the Highway Department may store such vehicle in a suitable place at the expense of the owner.
D. 
Such owner or person in charge of the vehicle may redeem the same upon payment, to the Treasurer of the Village, of the reasonable charges incurred by the Village for such removal or storage.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the highways or parts thereof described in Schedule XII (§ 38-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop a vehicle upon any of the highways or parts thereof described in Schedule XIII (§ 38-53), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stand a vehicle upon any of the highways or parts thereof described in Schedule XIV (§ 38-54), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule XV (§ 38-55) of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the highways or parts thereof described in said Schedule XV, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule XVI (§ 38-56) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule XVI of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the highways or parts thereof described in said Schedule XVI, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A. 
The Commissioner of Public Works is authorized to post cardboard signs on a temporary basis to aid in the cleanup of debris on highways that now park on one side of the highway only.
B. 
The Commissioner of Public Works shall notify the Chief of Police immediately upon the posting of these signs.
