[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the

The Town Board shall fix the annual salary of
the Supervisor at an amount which shall be at least $1 more than the
highest paid or budgeted for any Town employee.
The annual salary of the Supervisor is increased
for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2002, and ending December
31, 2002, to $114,386. The annual salary of the Town Clerk is increased
for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2002, and ending December
31, 2002, to $70,213.

The Town Board shall fix the annual salary of
the Town Justices for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2008 and
ending December 31, 2008 to $56,113.00, (fifty-six thousand, one hundred
thirteen dollars), which is an approximately 4% (four percent) increase
over the published budget.
