Fire prevention — See Ch. 143.
All persons are prohibited and forbidden to burn out of doors within the fire limits of the Town of Harrison any paper, shavings, excelsior, hay packing, rubbish and other waste or flammable material.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed $250 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.
