No person shall loiter or remain on municipal property, without a legitimate reason for being there, except if that person receives written permission from anyone authorized to grant same.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed two $250 or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or both.
