The regulations contained in this article have
been adopted for the purpose of protecting the health, welfare and
safety of the residents of the Town of Kent. The observance of these
rules will aid in keeping the community neat and sanitary.
The sanitary landfill of the Town of Kent shall
be open for use by the residents of the Town during the hours to be
set by the Town Board of the Town of Kent by resolution and posted
at the landfill.

Permits permitting commercial garbage collectors
to dump at the sanitary landfill shall be issued by the Town Clerk
for a fee to be determined by resolution of the Town Board.
