The Upper Uwchlan Township Board of Supervisors does hereby approve and authorize the execution of the Cable Franchise Renewal Agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."[1]

If any sentence, clause, section, or part of this ordinance is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections, or parts hereof. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Board of Supervisors that this ordinance would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause, section or part thereof not been included herein.
This ordinance shall become effective upon counter-execution of the agreement by or at the express written direction of William Petersen, President of Verizon Pennsylvania, Inc., as set forth in the agreement.

The Board of Supervisors approves the cable franchise agreement negotiated with Comcast, including all of the terms and conditions contained therein, and hereby authorizes the execution of the agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".[1]
