A license shall be required for each of the following businesses or activities at a license fee in an amount set by the Village Board, which shall be for one year unless otherwise indicated. The fee schedule is on file at the Village Hall.

Fees in an amount set by the Village Board shall be imposed for the following:
A. 
Dogs and cats.
(1) 
Neutered males and spayed females.
(2) 
Unneutered males and unspayed females.
(3) 
The license fee shall be one-half the amount in Subsection A(1) and (2) above if the dog or cat became five months of age after July 1.
(4) 
A late fee in an amount set by the Village Board shall be imposed if the license is obtained after April 1, after such dog or cat becomes five months of age, or if the owner failed to obtain the license within 30 days of acquiring a licensable dog or cat.
B. 
Special permits.

Fees in an amount set by the Village Board and set forth in the Fee Schedule shall be imposed for the following classes of intoxicating liquor licenses:
A. 
Retail "Class A" and Retail "Class A" Cider Only.
B. 
Retail "Class B."
C. 
Transfer.
D. 
Temporary/Picnic "Class B" (Wine).
E. 
Retail "Class C" (Wine).
F. 
Reserve "Class B" - Standard. The fee for a Reserve "Class B" - Standard liquor license, as defined in Wis. Stats. § 125.51(4)(a)4, shall be an amount set by the Village Board for initial issuance, except that the fee for the initial issuance of a reserve Class B license to a bona fide club or lodge situated and incorporated in the state for at least six years is the fee established in Subsection B for such a club or lodge. The fee established in this subsection is in addition to any other fee required under this chapter. The annual fee for renewal of a Reserve "Class B" license is the fee established in Subsection B.
G. 
If the Village has granted or issued a number of licenses equal to or exceeding its quota, and is allowed by statute to issue a Reserve "Class B" - Restaurant license for a full-service restaurant, hotel, or opera house or theater as described in Wis. Stats. § 125.51(4)(v), the initial license fee, in addition to that set forth in Subsection B, is an amount set by the Village Board. Thereafter, the annual renewal fee is as established in Subsection B.
H. 
The Village may issue a Reserve "Class B" - Transfer license if the Village transfers a reserve "Class B" license from another municipality pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 125.51(4)(e). The initial fee for said license shall be an amount set by the Village Board, and upon receipt of the fee and issuance of the license, the fee shall be transferred to the municipality that transferred the license.
I. 
The Village may issue a Reserve "Class B" - Premier Economic District License if the Village creates a premier economic development district and is authorized to issue additional "Class B" licenses pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 125.51(4)(u). The initial issuance fee for said license shall be an amount set by the Village Board.

Fees in an amount set by the Village Board shall be imposed for the following classes of fermented malt beverage licenses:
Retail Class "A"
Retail Class "B"

The fee for a combination license shall be the total of the fees for the individual licenses.

The fee for a one-year operator’s license is $30, the fee for a two-year operator’s license is $55, and the fee for a temporary operator’s license is $10. The cost of a background check shall be added to the license fee and shall be submitted with the application for the license.

A fee of $15 each shall be imposed for the following classes of provisional intoxicating liquor, fermented malt beverage and operator’s licenses:
Provisional Class "A"
Provisional Class "B"

Provisional "Class C"

The fee for coin-operated amusement devices shall be in an amount set by the Village Board.
