The operator of any vehicle involved in any accident shall immediately after such accident file with the Police Department a copy of the report required by Wis. Stats. § 346.70, if any. If the operator is unable to make such report, any occupant of the vehicle at the time of the accident capable of making such report shall comply with this section. Such reports shall be subject to the provisions and limitations in Wis. Stats. §§ 346.70(4)(f) and 346.73.

A. 
Parking Regulation Schedule. There is hereby created a Street and Parking Regulation Schedule for the Village of Waterford, which shall include restrictions enacted by the Village Board, including but not limited to the designation of through streets, one-way streets and parking restrictions on streets and other Village property.
B. 
Pursuant to Wis. Stats. §§ 349.07, 349.10 and 349.13, the Village Board may designate through and one-way streets and may designate parking restrictions on streets or portions of streets by resolution. Upon adoption of such resolution, the restrictions shall be included in the Street and Parking Regulation Schedule. Once the appropriate signage is installed, an operator of a vehicle may not operate the vehicle or park in violation of such signs.

The Department of Public Works shall procure, erect and maintain appropriate standard traffic signs, signals and markings conforming to the rules of the Department of Transportation giving notice of the provisions of §§ 207-2, 207-3, 207-4, 207-5, 207-6C, 207-7, 207-14, and 207-15 of this chapter, Chapter 218, Article II, stop signs and signals, and the Street and Parking Resolution Schedule. Signs shall be erected in such locations and manner as the Department of Public Works shall determine will best effect the purposes of this chapter and give adequate warning to users of the street or highway.
D. 
Removal of unofficial signs and signals. The Department of Public Works may order the removal of a sign, signal, marking or device placed, maintained or displayed in violation of this chapter or Wis. Stats. § 346.41. The Department may impose a charge on a premises for removal of such an illegal sign, signal or device, which shall be reported to the Village Board at its next regular meeting for review and certification.
E. 
When traffic or parking restrictions are requested by a third party and approved by the Village Board, the Village may require the third party to pay the cost of materials and installation of the appropriate signs and/or pavement markings.

School bus drivers, when collecting and discharging children at the intersections of East Main Street and Seventh Street, Fifth Street and Milwaukee Street, Third Street and Division Street, and Division Street and Milwaukee Street, and on East Main Street at a point approximately 125 feet east of the east line of its intersection with Fifth Street, shall use the flashing red warning lights and stop sign arm devices, as provided in Wis. Stats. § 349.21. The operation of these devices shall be in accordance with Wis. Stats. § 346.48, and operators approaching any such bus shall be subject to the penalties imposed under such statutes for any violation of such statutes, the same being incorporated herein fully by reference.

Pursuant to the provision of § 345.28(4), Wis. Stats., the Village may participate in the nonmoving traffic violation and registration program of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and, if the Municipal Judge directs such participation, the Village shall pay the costs established by such Department under § 385.13, Wis. Stats. Such costs shall, in turn, be assessed against persons charged with nonmoving traffic violations. The Court Clerk shall be responsible for complying with the requirements set forth in § 345.28(4), Wis. Stats.
