The penalty for violation of any provision of
this chapter shall be a forfeiture and all applicable assessments
and court costs and fees as required by the Wisconsin Statutes.

Any forfeiture for violation of the state statutes
adopted by reference in this chapter shall conform to the forfeiture
permitted to be imposed for violation of such statutes as set forth
in the revision of the Revised Uniform State Traffic Deposit Schedule
and Alcohol Beverages, Harassment, Safety, Tobacco, U.W. Rule, and
Drug Paraphernalia and Rental Unit Energy Efficiency Violations Deposit
Schedule and Uniform Misdemeanor Bail Schedule and Trespass to Land
Deposit Schedule, adopted by the Wisconsin Judicial Conference, as
may be amended from time to time, in effect on the date of the violation,
including any variations or increases for subsequent offenses, which
schedule and all revisions thereof is adopted by reference, unless
otherwise specified in this section or in this chapter.

The forfeiture for violation of a local regulation
set forth in this chapter for which a specific forfeiture amount is
not established in this section, this chapter or the Village of Waterford
Municipal Deposit Schedule shall be not less than $5 nor more than
$200 for a first offense and not less than $10 nor more than $500
for the second offense within two years, subject to the imposition
of assessments, costs and fees as set forth above.

A. Notwithstanding §
207-24 of this article, the forfeiture for a violation of Article
II or a parking restriction adopted pursuant to §
207-7, unless another amount is set forth, shall be $35 if such forfeiture is paid before the court date assigned on the citation, and if not paid by said date, court costs will be added thereto, except as provided in Subsection
B below.
B. Specific penalties.
(1) The forfeiture for a violation of §
207-7F, No trailer parking, shall be $50 if such forfeiture is paid before the court date assigned on the citation, and if not paid by said date, court costs will be added thereto.
(2) The forfeiture for a violation of §
207-14, All-night parking prohibited, shall be $20 if such forfeiture is paid before the court date assigned on the citation, and if not paid by said date, court costs will be added thereto.
(3) The forfeiture for a violation §
207-17, Disabled parking, shall be the same as is provided for Wis. Stats., § 346.505(2) if such forfeiture is paid before the court date assigned on the citation, and if not paid by said date, court costs will be added thereto.
(4) The forfeiture for a parking violation not specifically listed in Article
II which is a violation of a statute adopted by this chapter shall be $35 if such forfeiture is paid before the court date assigned on the citation, and if not paid by said date, court costs will be added thereto.
(5) The forfeiture for a violation of §
207-7L, municipal parking lot regulations, shall be $35 if such forfeiture is paid before the court date assigned on the citation, and if not paid by said date, court costs will be added thereto; provided, however, that violation of a posted sign for trailer parking shall be $50 if such forfeiture is paid before the court date assigned on the citation, and if not paid by said date, court costs will be added thereto.

Forfeitures shall be made payable to the Village
of Waterford and may be paid in person or by mail at the Village Hall.

A. This chapter
shall be enforced according to §§ 66.0114, 345.11 to
345.61, Wis. Stats., and Ch. 800, Wis. Stats.
B. Use of
parking, streets and parks for water access to lake and river.

(1) No
person shall launch a motorboat, sailboat, iceboat, canoe, kayak,
or an all-terrain vehicle in public parking lot areas in the Village
of Waterford without first obtaining a launch access permit and paying
the fee for same, which fee shall be established by the DPW Committee.
Said permit shall be displayed in or on the launcher's accompanying
motor vehicle in such location as designated by the DPW Committee.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stop or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, in any area in a public park in the Village of Waterford that has been designated by order of the DPW Committee as a public parking lot unless said vehicle properly displays the permit required in Subsection
B(1) above.
(3) No
person shall launch or dock or remove any watercraft from the lake
or river lot between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
(4) Any
person violating any provision of this subsection shall be subject
to a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500 with each
separate day to be considered a separate offense.
