In accordance with Chapter V, Section 1B and
Chapter III, Section 6, of the Charter of the City of Middletown,
the Technology Services Department is created as a department separate
from the Finance Department.
The Department shall carry out the following
duties: plan, implement and manage the City’s infrastructure
of networked computer systems, software, personal computers and peripheral
devices; provide support services to City departments, and develop
and maintain in-house custom applications for mission-critical systems.
