[Adopted 8-1-1983; amended in its entirety 12-2-2002]
There shall be a fund known as the "Reserve
Fund for Capital and Nonrecurring Expenditures - General Government"
for the purpose of financing the planning, construction and acquisition
of capital improvements and the purchase of equipment, materials and
supplies of a capital nature, in accordance with the General Statutes.
Expenditures from the fund shall be made by
the Director of Finance in accordance with the resolutions of the
Common Council.[1]
