Any person who shall willfully or maliciously injure any part of the sewerage system shall be subject to the general penalty set forth in § 1-18 of this Code.
Duly authorized employees of the Town bearing
proper credentials and identifications shall be permitted to enter
upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement,
sampling and testing of the sewer and any connections in accordance
with the provisions of this chapter. If permission is denied by any
person, then all sewerage system service may be discontinued by order
of the Town Council with respect to the property of said person.

This chapter shall be enforced by the Bar Harbor
Public Works Director or his/her designee.
