The existing Ordinance No. 23 of the City of Lebanon, adopted
September 15, 1993, is hereby repealed. Such repeal shall not have
any effect on existing litigation and shall not operate as an abatement
of any action or proceeding pending on or by virtue of existing Ordinance
No. 23 so repealed.
This chapter shall not apply to any completed application accepted
prior to the date of adoption, nor shall any building permit be affected
except as allowed by law. The prior Ordinance No. 23 shall continue
to apply to those completed applications not subject to Ordinance
No. 23 as hereby adopted.
