There hereby is established a fire district within the Town of Chautauqua, Chautauqua County, New York, to be known as the "Dewittville Fire District" and to be contained in and embrace the following boundaries:
The northerly boundary line being line between farmlands of Donald Mackenzie and Mrs. Arthur Crandall, extended to a point in the Ackam Woods where the easterly end of said line contacts the Ackam Farm; thence northerly to a monument which designates and stands at the corners of Lots 18, 19, 15 and 16; thence due east to the Ellery Town Line; the easterly line being the Ellery Town Line; the southerly line being Ellery Town Line and center of Pickard Street running to shore of Chautauqua Lake; the westerly line being the easterly shore of Chautauqua Lake.
This Board in all respects approves the extension of said fire district within the Town of Chautauqua, Chautauqua County, New York, to be known as a part of the Dewittville Fire District, said extension to be contained in and embrace the following boundaries:
Beginning at a point on the shore of Chautauqua Lake which is interested by the northerly line of the Dewittville Fire District; thence northerly along the shore of Chautauqua Lake to the south line of the Archie McKeever property, thence east along the south line of said property to the west line of Lot No. 19, thence north along the last mentioned line to the north line of said Lot No. 19, thence east along the north lot line of Lots 19, 16 and 13 to the west line of the old John Miles farm, thence north along said line to the north line of Lot No. 9, thence east along the north line of said Lot No. 9 to the Stockton Town Line, thence south along said Stockton Town Line to the north line of Lot No. 13, thence east to the east line of Lot No. 13, thence south on the east line of Lot No. 13 to the northeast corner of the Dewittville Fire District, thence west along the northerly line of the Dewittville Fire District to the place of beginning.
