An application fee shall be charged for each
fill or excavation permit and each stockpiling permit that is reviewed
by the Director of Planning and Development or his/her designee. The
fee for a fill or excavation permit when 100 or more cubic yards of
fill are being deposited or removed shall be $100. The fee for a stockpiling
permit or for a fill or excavation permit where less than 100 cubic
yards of fill are being deposited or removed shall be $25.
