The Ogdensburg Board of Health shall be hereby abolished.

The Health Officer of the City of Ogdensburg shall be hereby
abolished.

The Countywide Health District and County Health Director of
St. Lawrence County shall be responsible for all the duties of the
former Board of Health and Health Officer.
