[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township

No permit shall be issued under any ordinance of the Township
of Unity unless a fee shall be paid. The fees shall be set pursuant
to a resolution passed by the Township Supervisors. The fees shall
remain in full force and effect until changed by resolution of the
Township Supervisors.
