These regulations are adopted for the following purposes: to
promote the health, safety and general welfare of the residents of
the Township.

A.
The Township agrees to remove snow from the streets and roadways
in a partially completed plan of subdivision if:

(1)
The developer is in compliance with all of the ordinances of the
Township;
(2)
An approved binder course is in place on the roadway;
(3)
There is payment of the sum of $400 for each 1/10 mile of roadway
to be serviced for each year payable on or before September 30 of
each year;
(4)
The developer files an application and executes an agreement in the
form attached to this section.[1]

B.
The agreement shall be for the current winter season only.
This article shall become effective on the date of the enactment
and shall be in force from and after its passage until the roads or
streets mentioned herein are accepted into the Unity Township road
system.
