[Adopted by Town Meeting 7-30-1975]
Upon the expiration of the present terms of office of the Constables of the Town of Bethel, Constables shall be appointed by the Board of Selectman of the Town of Bethel for terms of two years, said terms to commence and terminate on the same dates as for elected officers and board and commission members of the Town of Bethel as set forth in § C3-2 of the Bethel Charter.
There shall continue to be four Constables of the Town of Bethel, not more than two of which shall be from the same political party.
