It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge within the Township of Boonton, during the season commonly known as the "deer season," any shotgun, rifle or firearm of any kind within 500 feet of any dwelling, barn or other building, and, at all other times, it shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any such firearm within 450 feet of any such building without the written permission of the owner or lessee of such dwelling, barn or other building.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject, upon conviction, to the penalties provided in § 1-15 of this Code.
