No tanks for the storage of gasoline or other volatile liquids for commercial purposes shall be installed or replaced within the limits of the City of Cohoes, New York, unless by permit, in writing, signed by the Director of Code Enforcement.

The following fees are hereby designated to be charged for such permits:
A. 
New installations: $500.
B. 
Replacements: $250.

No such tanks shall be permanently installed until they have been inspected by the Plumbing Inspector of the City of Cohoes.
