The Treasurer of the City of Cohoes is hereby
authorized and directed to make official tax searches, in accordance
with § 66 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New
York, on real property in the City of Cohoes, when application is
made to him, in writing, requesting the preparation of the same.
The Treasurer of the City of Cohoes is hereby
empowered to make any and all reasonable and necessary requirements,
rules and regulations concerning the contents of said written request,
including but not limited to the names of past owners, description
of property, folio number and Tax Map number.
