Pursuant to the State Construction Code Act, Act No. 230 of
the Public Acts of Michigan 1972 (MCLA § 125.1514), a Construction
Board of Appeals is hereby established. The Board shall consist of
three members. Prior to convening the Board of Appeals, the appellant
shall pay a fee as determined by the Township to the Township Treasurer,
and the Township Treasurer shall utilize said fee to assure payment
to the Board members.
