A. DWELLING UNIT FIRE PREVENTION CODE OF THE CITY KITCHEN NEW JERSEY UNIFORM FIRE CODE
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Any room or group of rooms located within a building forming a single habitable unit with facilities which are used, designed or arranged to be used for living, sleeping, cooking and sanitary facilities. A dwelling unit shall only be permitted to have one kitchen. If the dwelling unit contains a basement, a full bathroom shall not be permitted in the basement. A partial bathroom shall be permitted (a sink and lavatory), provided the only access to same is through an existing dwelling unit. If the dwelling unit contains an attic, a bathroom, either partial or full, shall not be permitted in the attic.

The Fire Prevention Code of the City of Clifton, adopted as set forth in § 233-2 hereof.
Any space containing plumbing fixtures in conjunction with other facilities for the storage and preparation of food.

That certain printed code prescribing regulations governing the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices, and conditions hazardous to life or property in the use or occupancy of buildings or premises, being particularly N.J.A.C. 5:70-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:71-1 et seq., as amended and updated.
B. CORPORATION COUNSEL FIRE OFFICIAL MUNICIPALITY
Whenever the following words, terms or phrases are used in the Fire Prevention Code, they shall have the meanings herein given:
The Municipal Attorney of the City of Clifton.
The officer in charge of said Bureau.
