Whenever any words and phrases are used in this article, the meanings respectively ascribed to them in Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be deemed to apply to such words and phrases used therein.
No person shall park any vehicle at any time on those certain streets or portions thereof located in the City of Clifton on lands occupied as a development known as "Renaissance Manor," as more particularly shown, laid down, marked and denoted as "no parking" on a certain sketch, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, entitled "Map Showing Parking Regulations at Renaissance Manor, prepared by the Engineering Bureau of the City of Clifton, and consisting of one sheet, three copies of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk, and one copy of which has been filed with the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, which copies are open to public inspection.
It shall further be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on any day for a period of time longer than 15 minutes on those certain streets or portions thereof located in the City of Clifton on lands occupied as a development known as "Renaissance Manor," as more particularly shown, laid down, marked and denoted as "fifteen-minute parking" on the aforementioned map entitled "Map Showing Parking Regulations at Renaissance Manor."
The Chief of Police is hereby directed to have proper signs calling attention to the provisions of this article erected or placed along said streets.
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this article shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50.
