Enforcement of all sections within this Part 1, in addition to other methods of enforcement provided by law, may be by the issuance of a notice of violation by members of the Police Department and the Code Enforcement Officer by filing a complaint with the Municipal Court of the Township of Galloway.

Any person or persons violating any provision of this Part 1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $2,000, imprisonment for not more than 90 days and/or a period of community service for not more than 90 days, at the discretion of the Judge of the Municipal Court or other judicial officers hearing the offense, for each and every offense. Each day in violation shall constitute a separate offense for purposes of this article.
