A.
There shall be established an application fee in the
amount of $1,000 when applying for a street vacation.

B.
The application fee will be placed in an escrow account
to be utilized to pay the professional fees required in order to properly
assist said application. Any excess over the professional fees up
to the limit of $1,000 will be returned to the applicant.

C.
The fee shall be paid to the Municipal Clerk at the
time of the submission of the application.
D.
There shall be established a recording fee in the
amount of $100 when applying for a street vacation.
