There shall be a Municipal Court, which shall have and exercise the limited civil and criminal jurisdiction prescribed by law. The Judge shall be appointed in accordance with law.
The Court shall have a Clerk. The Court shall be organized pursuant to plan approved as provided in Article VII, § 3-26.
