Each new building constructed shall be assessed
a fee as set forth hereafter, which assessment or charge shall be
used toward contributing to the costs of maintenance, repair, replacement
and expansion of sewer and water facilities of the Township.
The fees charged and collected pursuant to this
Article shall be deposited in a separate account entitled "Utilities
Escrow Account," and retained for the purposes set forth above.

A. Connection fees.
(1) Residential properties. The applicant shall pay a connection charge
of $1,675 at the time of the application for each service connection
to the utility water system.
(2) Commercial, industrial and other nonresidential properties.
(a)
Connection fees or connections made by owners of commercial,
industrial and other nonresidential properties shall be based on the
schedule of fees as set forth below for each sewer lateral connected,
based on the size of the connection in accordance with the following
schedule:
