Township of North Brunswick, NJ Chapter 323 Utilities, Registration of

§ 323-1 Legislative findings.

The Township Council of the Township of North Brunswick hereby finds there is a need to establish a procedure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12 et seq. to allow the registration with the municipality of all public utilities, cable television companies or local utilities which have a right-of-way or easement within the municipality and allowing for a registration fee.

§ 323-2 Registration form; fee for registration; maintenance of records.

The Township Clerk is authorized to adopt a registration form and maintain a record of all public utilities, cable television companies or local utilities which have registered with the municipality pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law[1] and this chapter and shall charge a registration fee of $10 on any public utilities, cable television companies or local utilities which register to receive such notice.
