A.
No person shall operate a boarding home for children
unless a license to operate the same shall have been issued by the
Board. Such license shall be posted in a conspicuous place and in
such establishment. (Ref: State Sanitary Code, Chapter VI (N.J.A.C.
8:18-1.1 et seq.)).
B.
There shall be no annual fee for the license.
