The Municipal Council of the City of Paterson hereby authorizes the Paterson Restoration Corporation to act as the zone development corporation for the City of Paterson. Said corporation, with the assistance of the city's Department of Community Development, shall ensure adherence to the purposes and provisions of the Act,[1] finalize and sponsor the zone development plan and receive financial and technical assistance from the state in carrying out its function.

The Municipal Council of the City of Paterson hereby authorizes the designation of the enterprise zone within the city and covering thirty and three-tenths percent (30.3%) of the city's area, as established on maps on file in the City Clerk's office bearing designations EZ-1A (Enterprise Zone Boundary Map), EZ-1B (Enterprise Zone Census Block Map), EZ-1C (Enterprise Zone Development Plan) and EZ-1D (Enterprise Zone Zoning District).

The Municipal Council of the City of Paterson hereby approves and accepts the Urban Enterprise Zone Authority's designation of the city's enterprise zone as previously approved by the City Council pursuant to Article I of this chapter.
The Municipal Council of the City of Paterson hereby approves and adopts the city's zone development plan and accepts the Urban Enterprise Zone Authority's approval and designation of said plan. The plan and zone are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Paterson.
