To protect the health and safety of the participants and spectators at any outdoor amusement, certain medical facilities must be provided. All medical facilities to be used at an outdoor amusement site must meet the minimum standards to be set forth by the Forks Township Emergency Squad.
The first-aid station or stations and facilities contained therein shall be so located as to be easily accessible and provide services to all of the spectators. The location of such stations must be shown on the site plan described at § 60-5B. A road, all weather, shall be kept open at all times for use by ambulances. Said road must permit free and speedy access and departure for emergency vehicles. Roads shall be made available for each first-aid station as indicated above. Emergency helicopter landing areas of a minimum area of 100 feet by 100 feet must be available.
The promoter or promoters shall provide, through either a public law enforcement agency or private police agency, a security guard for the protection, prevention of possible misuse and/or theft of medical facilities or medications, where the maximum estimated attendance exceeds 5,000 persons.
The promoter or promoters shall indicate on the application the names of persons and/or corporations and addresses who will be providing services or items which relate to medical facilities.
