Editor’s Note: Former Art. IV, Public
Works Commission, was removed from the Code pursuant to the provisions
of Ord. No. 05-02.5, adopted 3-14-2005. Said ordinance consolidated
the former Public Works Commission, Road Committee and Drainage Task
Force to create the Public Services Commission. For current provisions,
