It is the purpose of this chapter to adopt a
Comprehensive Plan for the development of the City of Crystal Lake.

Previously printed maps, drawings, and other
descriptive material attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and hereby made a part of this chapter, shall be identified by the
following statement marked or stamped thereon: "Adopted by reference
as part of the Com,prehensive Plan Ordinance, passed on March 20,
2012, by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Crystal Lake, approved
by Aaron T. Shepley, Mayor, attest, Nick Kachiroubas, Clerk."

material attached hereto are hereby incorporated by reference and
adopted as a part of this Code and shall be known as the "Comprehensive
Plan" or parts thereof:

The City Clerk shall keep in his/her office
for inspection by interested persons at least three copies of the
Comprehensive Plan, including such maps and other printed material
this chapter adopts by reference, and any amendments thereof.
