All municipal or City elections for officers,
City bond issues and such other purposes as permitted or required
by the laws of the State of Illinois shall be held pursuant to the
provisions of the Illinois Revised Statutes, and at such time or times
as prescribed by the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
The precincts and polling places for all municipal
or City elections shall be determined in accordance with the Illinois
Compiled Statutes.
The Judges and Clerks of municipal or City elections
shall be designated from time to time in accordance with the Illinois
Compiled Statutes.
