As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
SHOTGUN
A weapon designed or redesigned, made or remade to use the energy
of the explosive in a fixed shotgun shell to fire through a smooth bore either
a number of ball shot or a single projectile for each single pull of the trigger.

A person who violates this section shall be subject to civil action in court, and person(s) found in violation of this chapter will be subject to a penalty as set forth in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
II, General Penalty, of this Code. All such fines shall accrue to the municipality.
