Pedestrians shall keep within a crosswalk while crossing a public way within a business district.
Pedestrians shall cross all public ways, not within a business district, at right angles to the curb, and when not using a crosswalk shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles.
No person riding upon any motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates, skateboard or any toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any moving vehicle upon any highway.
As a result of the narrow and congested streets, sidewalks, highways and town roads and to aid in the flow of pedestrians, no person shall use the sidewalks, streets, highways or town ways of the town for the purpose of selling, offering for sale or for the storage of merchandise unless the same is done with the written permission of the Selectmen.
