This chapter shall be known as the "Codification of Fees and Costs of the Borough of Mountain Lakes."

This chapter is adopted in order to advise the citizens of the Borough and any and all persons doing business with the Borough of the various fees charged for services rendered by the departments and agencies of municipal government and to provide ready access to any and all such information.

The following fees shall be charged by the Borough for services rendered or licenses/permits issued. All license fees shall be annual, unless otherwise noted.

(a) | Where the nature, format, manner of collation or volume of printed matter is such that it cannot be reproduced by ordinary document copying equipment in ordinary business size or where such record requires an extraordinary expenditure or time and effort to accommodate a request for inspection or copying of documents, a special service charge shall be imposed, in addition to the actual costs of duplicating the record.
