Long title: "An ordinance establishing rules, regulations and standards governing the subdivision of land within the City of Passaic, Passaic County, New Jersey, pursuant to the authority set forth in the Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.) and amendments to and supplements thereto; setting forth the procedure to be followed by the Planning Board or Board of Adjustment in applying and administering these rules, regulations and standards; and providing penalties for the violation thereof."
B. 
Short title: This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Land Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Passaic, New Jersey."
