All nouns and pronouns in the masculine gender
utilized in this chapter shall be construed to include the female
gender.
A violation of the provisions of this chapter
shall, upon a finding of unlawful discrimination, subject the violator
to the remedies and orders provided in the Law Against Discrimination,
P.L. 1945, c. 169, as amended,[1] and the summary proceedings by the Attorney General of
the State of New Jersey, in the Superior Court, to compel compliance
with the provisions of said law.
