It shall be unlawful for charter or commercial buses or buses for hire
to park at any time in the Pleasantville Shopping Center.
Any person, individual, corporation, entity, agent, servant and/or employee
of any corporation or other entity violating any of the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than
$100 nor more than $1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days and/or
a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
