The Board of Trustees of the Village of Elmsford may designate as the
official paper of the village any newspaper published in the County of Westchester
having a circulation in the Village of Elmsford, for the publication of village
notices, resolutions, local laws, ordinances or other proceedings
of the Board, notwithstanding the provisions of § 4-412 of the Village
Law.
